Ensure smooth handover of leads to the field sales team when needed. 7. Continuous Learning & Skill Development Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements. Participate in sales training sessions and skill improvement workshops. Adapt to new sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
